Tour Update #2! Reporting from Quispamsis???

It seems this tour is just getting more and more ridiculous (in the awesomest sense of the word!)  We still have four shows left, so who knows what’s in store?  Here’s a little bit about our adventures over the past couple days!

First, we were in Bridgetown, NS.  We didn’t know what to expect since the Rapture was set to happen soon and the foreshadowing weather gave every indication that the end of the world was about to happen.  Here is Jeffy’s account:

>>Greetings all!  Jeff here, on the road in Nova Scotia.   Last night, through dark ominous cloud cover, we made our way to Bridgetown.  A road seemingly bound for a river led us to the End of the Line Pub, surrounded outside by rolling hills that were lost in the clouds.  Off the beaten path, it was quiet and beautiful.  An eerie atmosphere, further dramatized by the supposed end of the world come midnight.  The clock struck midnight, we kept striking chords.  Patrons danced, we rocked out three sets, and I certainly enjoyed my new Mark Bass bass amp.   Now back on the constantly winding road that is highway 215.   The speed limit has changed about 7 times on this road.   Possibilities for golf holes keep drifting through my head.   You know, elevated tees and the like….. Next stop, Hampton, N.B.<<

Here is a photo of me and my new friend.  Men in Nova Scotia like to spin and dip their women (when they dance!):

I quite enjoyed myself that night, aside from getting into a slight disagreement over mah gurl Adele with an older drunk man, who later told me he was wrong and gave me a $50 bill.  I’ll take it!

This brings us to last night, when we played at The Vintage Bistro in Hampton, NB.  Who would have thought that we would be sleeping in a million dollar barn/mansion?  Not I!  The owners of the bar/restaurant were kind enough to let us stay at their home in Quispamsis, a million dollar house on the water that they leave unlocked.  They went up to their cottage for the night.  Hilarity ensued…and there is video.  But we lost the camera.  Yeah, that’s it, we lost the camera!  The video no longer exists…so for now, here’s a picture of Kyron and a couple pictures of the house.  The outdoor one is the view from the master bedroom (obviously that’s where the diva sleeps…) that I woke up to this morning.  Glorious.

Moncton, here we come!!!
